So much is going on today that I can't come up with an appropriate title for this post. It's:
- World Aids Day
- 55th Anniversary of Rosa Parks refusing her seat
- the day after massive teacher protests (in LA) picketing and walking out of classrooms
- the day unemployment ends for millions of Americans nationwide
With so much economic despair going on in the world how can you not be feeling some kind of way about it? We are seeing firsthand, the devastating effects of NOT voting!
Going into 2011 let's make a conscious effort to become more acclamated to the political process and how it effects EVERYONE!
On a lighter note, Happy Birthday Richard Pryor! Oh the irony...
